Bev Bunker is an Alberta-born artist currently residing in St. Albert and active in the art field for over 30 years. She has studied varied aspects of art specializations in England, Ireland, Wales, the U.S.A. and Canada. Her works have been received in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, U.S.A., Ireland, England, Nepal, and Rome.

Bev's current body of work in oil paints are inspired by travels during the last four years. Some of her works have been described as similar to Andrew Wyeth wherein he has created a narrative story by the skillful use of various colors, atmospheric sense, and figures placed within the scene. As well, Bev paints panoramas of landscapes - long and narrow vistas that invite the viewer to achieve a sense of placement within the environment
.

Since 1983 Bev has taught art workshops and classes in St. Albert, Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary, and in Totnes' Dartington Hall, England, and Roehampton College in London, England.
