Dick is the quintessential artist! He received 4 years of instruction at the Alberta College of Art, Calgary, AB where he studied Fine and Commercial art under the guidance of internationally known artists Stan Parrot and Ron Spicket. After having graduated in 1960, Dick continued his studies under the capable hands of Harley Brown, another internationally known artist. This time Dick studied 2 years of Pastel portrait painting, at which he excels. Dick is a professional artist making his living from paintings and design work.
